Unfortunately I didn't get in a workout today, this weeks going to be pretty hectic for me as I've got a lot of changes happening. I did ump 4 games so I got some exercise, but that's not really anything that's going to help me prepare for my first sprint triathlon. I did do okay on the meals though, even though I'm not really sticking to a plan. I'm going to be moving at the end of the week and I'm just kind of eating what's available so there will be less to move.
Meals
Chocolate Shakeology w/ peanut butter and skim milk
Chopped Salad
Yogurt and Granola bar
Chicken Sausage and wheat thins
Favorite Meal
I love that chopped salad :)
