I got back on track with working out as I was able to get in a 24k bike ride. It should have been 25k, but I took a wrong turn on the trail and cut out 1k. I'm still getting used to the bike, but this ride was much improved from the last one. I think I'm keeping a good pace when I don't have to watch/stop for traffic. I'm very excited to see how I'll do compared to others at the event. Although we'll see what happens after swimming 400m before hopping on the bike and how I'll do running 5k after. Regardless though I think I'm on the right track and still have 2 weeks to improve some more.

Not much to choose from. The rizzotto was pretty good but warmed up in the microwave, so I'll go with Shake-O again.
