Day 1 of 45

Today was the start of my 45 days until my first sprint triathlon.  All in all it was a pretty good day.  I was at a party tonight and had a couple snacks there, so that wasn’t helping me much; but I did have some yummy meals.  The best was probably the tomato and fresh mozzarella sandwich with a little oil and spices.   On the workout front I did my fit test today and saw improvements in all areas but one.  I tell you what though, I really had to push myself to get there and I really wanted to beat my power jump scores.  I think I was a little gassed at the end when it came to the push-up jacks.  By the way, I didn’t have the room to do the globe jumps today so I skipped them.  I wish I could tell you when I did the last one, but forgot to put the date down.  In fact I was so pumped from the results of the fit test that I didn’t want to stop working out, so I did a little Cardio Abs too. 

Meals:
Omelete with potatoes & cheese w/ toast
Chocolate Shakeology
Tomato & Mozzarella sandwich
Skirt steak w/ peppers and onions, and roasted potatoes
