Had a couple playoff games for my Tuesday night Upper league so I didn't do an additional workout. I'm happy to report thought that we won them both and thus won the league thanks to my stellar defense, lol.

Peanut butter and jelly toast

Granola bar
Favorite meal:
I apologize for picking Shakeology so much, but it's hard to beat chocolate and peanut butter.

2 games of inline hockey
