Day 10 of 45

(I've made the decision and commitment to step up my health and fitness in preparation for my first sprint triathlon.  I plan on keeping a daily journal on my progress.  Check out my plans here: http://bit.ly/ixs0xO)


Again I missed my Insanity workout.  I ended up golfing instead and had a blast, but I need to start making better choices.  I've got to start sacrificing those small fun things, like golfing when I haven't done my workout, to achieve that really great event I have 30 days from now.


Meals:
Shakeology w/ peanut butter and skim milk
Tomato & Mozzarella Sandwich
Peanut Butter Granola Bar
Nancy's Chicken Taco Salad (Didn't finish the whole thing of course and it's not as bad as it sounds)

18 holes of golf, riding
