Again I missed my Insanity workout, but I was scheduled to play 2 games last night and wanted to save some energy for those. Nothing all that exciting to report, which is good I think. I guess that means everything went well and it did. The meals could have been better I guess, but you take what you can get when you're busy.

I didn't have it the day before so I enjoyed it today, so much so that I had it twice. :P
Exercise
2 games of hockey plus an additional 5 minutes of make up from a game that was stopped early when the power went out a couple weeks ago.
