Nothing all that exciting to report today. Sort of ran out of time today, but was able to fit in some Insanity Cardio Abs. Meal wise it was a pretty average day.

Shakeology w/ peanut butter and skim milk
Tomato and mozzarella sandwich
Meal replacement bar
Chicken Sausage and wheat thins
Favorite meal
Not to be repetitive but you can't beat fresh mozzarella and tomato
