Day 15 of 45

(I've made the decision and commitment to step up my health and fitness in preparation for my first sprint triathlon.  I plan on keeping a daily journal on my progress.  Check out my plans here: http://bit.ly/ixs0xO)


Ugh, legs were pretty sore from running the previous day and I had a playoff game later in the day so I passed on the Insanity even though it was just scheduled for a fit test.  I wanted to make sure I had the energy for the game.  Will get back on Insanity Wednesday, Tuesday I should have 2 playoff games and want to stay fresh for them.


Meals:
Heartsmart Pancakes
Shakeology w/ peanut butter & skim milk
Granola Bar
Baked chicken w/ a small salad


Favorite meal:
Pancakes, though I forgot to take a picture til they were gone...

An unfortunate hockey loss :(
