Today was a lot of fun and started out by taking Maddie to the zoo. It was pretty nice out today and as Maddie was taking her nap I couldn't decide whether I wanted to go for a run or swim, so I did both! I hopped in the pool and swam about 600 yards (sprint triathlon is 437 yards). Then I came inside, changed clothes and went out to run 5k. I was feeling alright and on a good pace, but cramped up a bit around the 3k mark and had to take it easy. I really should have put more thought into hydrating properly before doing all this. It was still pretty fun though and I had a great day.

It wasn't exactly the healthiest thing I could have ate, but if I'm going to be honest it was my favorite meal and was delicious. I just didn't think to take a picture.
