Nothing really all that exciting to report other than being sore from the previous day's workouts...

Poached egg & toast
Ravioli
Shakeology
Stuffed pepper
Favorite meal:
I gotta say, that pepper was pretty good (although I realize the pic doesn't look all that appetizing).
Exercise:
Just a hockey game today, needed to recover on my recovery day this week.
