Day 6 of 45

Nothing all that exciting to report.  Did my Insanity workout and stuck to my nutrition plan.  It was a nice relaxing day and I'm looking forward to spending some time with Maddie tomorrow.


Meals
Poached egg & whole wheat toast (no hot tea though)
Cinnamon oatmeal
Roast Beef Sandwich and wheat thins
Turkey Chilli
Peanut butter & jelly toast and fat free yogurt


Favorite meal
It didn't really resemble chili that I've made before or that I'm used to, but it was delicious.
