I didn't get in until really late last night and have had a busy morning thus far, so I'm sorry for the late post. Nothing too exciting yesterday to report. However I do have to admit that I missed my workout. I was planning on going to a fit club before my hockey game last night, but something came up and I missed it. I did play hockey, but that's not really enough of a workout. So yesterday I was supposed to do Cardio Power & Resistance and today was supposed to be a Cardio Recovery. What I'm going to do is pretend yesterday was my recovery day since a game of hockey is sort of equal to that, and do the Cardio Power & Resistance today.
Meals:
Chocolate Shakeolody w/ Peanut butter and skim milk
Cinnamon oatmeal
Tomato & Fresh mozzarella salad
Peanut Butter & Jelly toast
Turkey Burger w/ carrot fries
Favorite Meal:
This was a tough one as it's hard to beat tomato and fresh mozzarella, but the burger was great and the carrots were awesome. I got the recipe from the Beachbody meal planner and you basically just cut up some carrots, toss them in some spices, and bake them in the oven.
